就是如果移民局要求補材料，如證明雇傭，或者pay stub, 公司出一封 intent to employee letter證明仍然要雇傭我可以嗎，

-It may be fine. The letter need to indicate when you will be employed (e.g after green card approval), position title, duties, salary,etc.

還是需要我10月申請h-1？

2008，140辦好了以後，我又讀了3年書，沒去公司那工作。485 是2月遞上的，已經打完指模。
