my parents are preparing for the B-2 visa application - two documents missing are 邀請人的出生公證，親屬關係公證. The documents will take some time to get, but I need to have my parents come asap. Are these documents most necessary?
-May just ask 當地公安部門或街道管理委員會出個親屬關係證明 and then, just use this 證明 for the visa applicaiton. Do not need to do the 公證 and even do not need to translate it into English because the VO knows Chinese well.
Is it possible that my parents get the visa without these documents?
