上次問過皮老師.現在我拿到了一個job offer, 但已經是h1b被解雇後7個半月了, 這個情況移民局批準有沒有問題?

-The approval will have no I-94 and thus, you need to go to China to get the H1 visa.

我覺得應該會要求我回國簽證, 這個簽證會不會很困難,

-It should be fine as long as your current I-94 does not expire yet. I know someone like you got the H1 visa after he was laid off for 10 months.

要注意什麽問題呢?
