My I-140 was efiled and approved at TSC? where should I send my I-485 in that case?

>> Look at I-485 instruction.  There's enough detailed explanation for where you should file your I-485.

If I file I-765 together with I-485, do I need make 2 copies of documents such as H1 approval notices?

>> Yes.  Seperate copies of documents for each form, not only together with I-765, but also even together with I-131 if you file it too.
