1. 聽說隻要新公司遞交H1B Transfer申請就可以開始工作，沒有必須等到Transfer批準，是嗎？
-Correct.
2. 在新公司遞交H1B Transfer的過程中，需要原公司提交什麽材料嗎？
-No. You only need to provde teh copy of your current H1 approval notice with the I-94 and your current 3 month paycheck stubs to your new employer for the H1 transfer petition.
3. H1B Transfer需要多長時間？
-About 3 months normally.
可以加急嗎？
-Yes. But not need it if not necessary.
4. H1B Transfer有沒有被拒的可能？
-Everything is possible.
如果一切材料都為真實的，被拒的可能性大嗎？
-No. Very small.
5. 如果在遞交H1B Transfer後，但在批準前就開始為新雇主工作，但最後H1B Transfer被拒，身份處於什麽狀態？
-You are out of status. But I don't think you need to worry too much, and just like that you don't need to worry about that you may have an acident when you drive every day.
