現在在h-1 cap exempt的工作單位工作，h-1b第三年，已經成功地延期三年。可是最近perm申請audit後被拒。想請教各位老師：如果我換工作到別的單位，需要重新申請cap-subject的h-1b的話，

h-1b的六年時限是重新算起，

-Yes. Total H1 is 6 years including Cap-exampt and cap-sujected. You still ahve enough time to get the PERM filing in advance one year or get the I-140 approval before the 6 year h1 ends, thus you can extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit.
