父親綠卡。為繼母申請 I-130 批準快一年了。繼母B-2身份在美續簽了兩次。但I-485排期遙遙無期。請問辦了I-130就一定有了移民傾向嗎？

-Yes, but it does not remove the immigration intent suspection.

取消後，她若回國下次還有望簽證來美嗎？

-Hard to say. She can just stay in US illegally and then, your father can upgrade his I-130 after he becomes a US citizen (her illegal stay will not affect her I-485 in this case).
