第一次寄來的打指紋信和這次寄來的信service center 都是NCS,第二次寄來的說第一次指紋沒過要求重做的信service center是WSC.

請問1.WSC是哪個中心?

-WSC means "Western Service Center" - another name for CSC.

2.為什麽會是不同的service center?

-Probably your case was located in CSC (WSC) at that time. It is normal for USCIS to transfer your case between their service centers during the processing period of time.
