8老師，我在2月7日去打指紋，當時是有幾個手指沒有pass，重複了幾次都不行，那做的人有點不耐煩，說遞交後讓FBl判斷，就執意要遞交，再懇求也無用。果然在3月2日收到從local寄來的第二次打指紋通知(我住加州，寄來的信從郵編上看也是加州)，我在3月7日walk in，這次他們比較重視，做的那個人也很認真，反複試後所有的十個手指及左右手各4個手指的都pass了。但是今天又收到uscis(從郵編上看是Nebraska service center的地方)的來信，原文是這樣的，

"To process your application, the uscis must capture your biometrics. Please appear at the below application support center at the date and time specified. If you fail to appear as scheduled, your application will be considered abandoned."

這封信dated 3/7/2012 the same day I got second time fingerprint.

今天我又去了這個ASC，前台的人看了信也不明白要做什麽，安排見負責人。那負責人拿了信進辦公室查後出來說沒我什麽事了，可以回家了，我的biometrics已經process了。問她為什麽會收到這封信，她說可能duplicate 了，我要她在信上寫明這個情況，以證明我已去過，但她堅決不肯。

請問8老師，這種情況我該怎麽辦，如何證明我已去過該ASC了？
