H1 transfer，現在著急要讓我過去，但HR說prevailing wage要8周，

-Your HR does not know the difference of prevail wage determination (PWD) between PERM previal (for green card) and H-1. For H-1 PWD, your employer/lawyer can get it online in one minute at this website:

Then, file LCA online:

http://icert.doleta.gov/

The LCA will be approved in about 7 to 10 days. Then, file I-129 after LCA is approved.

要是換個title會快點，不知道是怎麽回事？懂的能給說一下嗎
