回複：被撤銷的指控對485審批有影響嗎？

I-485表格問道：Have you ever been arrested, cited, CHARGED, indicted, convicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, excluding traffic violations?

 

我曾在07年被指控"Attempt to elude police vehicle"，事實上我根本不知道警車在後麵，最後指控被取消（Letter上寫“Nolle Prosequi”，維基解釋為"is a phrase used in many common law criminal prosecution contexts to describe a prosecutor's decision to voluntarily discontinue criminal charges either before trial or before a verdict is rendered."）。如下為法院信件原文，

 

不知這種情況下485表格中是否應該選“是”？ - Let's just talk about the fact, you were cited, did not you?
