2. 也不需要聯係USCIS to correct the name to Jie Wang at this time? Just make sure when file 485, the name is correct?

-Correct.

3. 律師說這是 government error. 他的說法對嗎? (想當初，律師不管不顧我的 review 要求就把 case 遞上去了。實在經不起律師的兩下忽悠啊 :-(
