1. 我不需要再重新 file I-140 with the correct name Jie Wang, is it right?

2. 也不需要聯係USCIS to correct the name to Jie Wang at this time? Just make sure when file 485, the name is correct?

3. 律師說這是 government error. 他的說法對嗎? (想當初，律師不管不顧我的 review 要求就把 case 遞上去了。實在經不起律師的兩下忽悠啊 :-(
