真誠求教：現在J1第三年開始（非waiver）身份至2012年8月31，繼續延期困難大.J1已經申請學校，計劃秋季2012入學。

1.J1-F1，以前得到過兩位老師的耐心指導，學習到必須拿I-20回國或者到Canada簽F1。J1曾多次延期，非常擔心離開美國簽F1被拒簽。

2.J1-J1,是否可以不用離開美國,

-Yes, but you need to ask the International Scholar Office of the new shcool to help change of your J-1 category from J-1 researcher/scholar to J-1 stduent. Talk to them and they know it very well and will help you.

申請學校和目前工作學校非同一所大學，是否需要waiver兩次？

-No, one time is enough.

J1有效期幾年？

-Different J-1 category, the J-1 maximum duration is very different. For example, for J-1 researcher, the J-1 duration can be extended up to 5 years; J-1 college/unviersity students who seeks a degree (e.g. Master, Dr., etc.) normally will be allowed enough time to pursue and complete their degree program.

3.請教大師，目前J1怎麽做風險小些？？J1這張皮讓人窒息啊。
