I submitted the application for Phenix, AZ per the I-765 instructions, but it was transferred to Texas Service Center. The EAD was also mailed from Texas Service Center.

So the question is I should mail it to Texas or Phenix, AZ?

-Send it to: USCIS Phoenix or Dallas Lockbox, based on where you live (Phoenix Lockbox?)
