if your wife can get the letter from the hospital or the Dr. before her stay in China reaches 1 year to state that her pregnancy does not allow her to travel for long distance, that will be very helpful for her SB-1 application. Also, if you become a US citizen before your child is born, your child will automatially be a US citizen after he/she is born in China.
