記得單位給辦的EB3,排期是2008年底,最近律師又通知說最後一項485表正在啟動辦理,讓準備材料,本人還不在美國,到底怎麽回事,排期到了嗎?請問大蝦們能幫解釋一下否?

-I think the lawyer thought your I-140 was EB2. So, just tell him/her your I-140 is EB3 and the 排期 is long time to go to be current.
