回複：Class of admission at I-131.Help!

Help! I am ready to submit I-485 package today but I am not sure about one item in I-131. My Hu*****and entered into USA as H4 and now he is F1 (OPT). When my lawyer filed I-131 for him, the lawyer insisted to put F1(OPT) at item of Class of Admission?

-The lawyer is incorrect. It was H-4, not F-1. "Admission" = permission to enter US, "Class" = With what kind of status when you entered US using a visa or legal document.

 I remembered in PJiang's Blog, "Class of Admission" is the status when entering into US?

Is it a big deal if the lawyer put F1(OPT) here? 

-May be no big deal in I-131, but big deal in I-485.
