給姐辦移民，有幾個問題請教：
1，我姐是離婚的，遞I-130是需要離婚證嗎？
-No for I-130, but provide it in the future immigration visa applicaiton

2，我已是公民，還需要填#10: Alien Registration number嗎？

-No. "N/A".

 

3，#18:address in the united states where your relative intends to live就是填我家的地址？

-Fine.
4，D: #1:If seperate petitions are also been submitted for other relatives,give name of each and relationships 是填NO吧？我姐的小孩應該不算在這兒的對嗎
