-Unless your employer insist that you come back to work, USCIS may not care about it though technically you need to come back to work for the employer. But I still suggest you to work for the sponsor for about 6 months in case you might have potential issue in the future when you apply for the US citizen.

如果這樣的結果發生，我的配偶綠卡是否也同時取消，還是不同的Case?
