前一問中，老師說這種情況不能享受AC 21 benefit,是不是說我不能用485 pending 180天後的EAD 卡找新公司C或者現在B公司的另外一個職位？

-You misunderstood. YOu can use EAD to do any job for any employer, but need to work for the I-140 sponsor after you get the green card.

另外老師說我最好在拿到綠卡後回A公司繼續工作6個月以上。 我在想，如果employment based 的綠卡是基於讚助公司的永久職位，那些在拿到工卡後換工作的朋友，他們的485也是基於前一個公司的職位，為什麽就可以不受拿綠卡後可以不為原公司服務條款的約束呢

-They filed their I-485 when they worked for the I-140 sponsor and changed job after I-485 pending > 180 days, thus they can use the AC21 benefits. But you left your I-140 sponsor before you filed I-485 and it is different.
