主申請人如果用了EAD卡上班，那幅申請人是不是就不是H4 了，副申請人正在以H4上學，

那該算什麽身份呢，是不是也成了AOS了？

如果這時485悲劇，是不是也沒法再上學了？

-Correct unless you get your H1 and then, your child can get the H4 again. I would suggest you to keep your H1 until your I-485 is approved if possible.
