要跳槽了，新得公司給申請了FT的H１B，原來公司還有活給我幹PARTTIME。這樣可以嗎？

-No law requires you to tell it.

原來公司的H１B需要重新申請，換成parttime嗎？

-Yes, the employer needs to file an H1 amendment, not file a new H1 though the procedure is nearly the same (only pay the I-129 filing fee).
