急問8老師和皮匠老師:

我這次可以交485是因為我LD的EB2的排期到了.我自己的EB3 排期還遙遙無期.我們的CASE是被送到了Nebraska.

但是我今天收到我的I485 的Receipt卻發現上麵的Priority date和Preference Classification還是用的我的EB3 信息,是不是錯了?如果錯了我該怎麽做

-It is fine because USCIS will find it when they process both of your and your spouse I-485s. Also they have accepted your I-485 (issued receipt) and that means they know your I-485 was filed as your spouse's derivative status.
