1。這意味著我的這個新的PERM已經通過了，對嗎？

2。我們老板馬上將原來的certified 750 email 給DOL，即使新舊兩種工作表述有區別也沒問題了吧？

-Fine, but I don't know why your employer/lawyer  i"sseeking to utilize the filing date from your previously submitted Application for Alien Employment Certification (ETA 750), 02/05/2004, for XX." . Was that application approved and used for tyour approved I-140? If so, you can use that priority date for your new I-140 and I-485 filing and do not need to bother this new PERM application.

 

3。我是07年大放水時通過了140，我和我太太還需要打指紋和體檢嗎？

-Have you filed your I-485 yet? If yes, you may not need to file a new I-485 and just do the I-485 transfer/interfiliong. If you file a new I-485, you 還需要打指紋和體檢.

You actually also can use this approved I-140 priority date for your new I-140.
