回複：small loophole: pending H-1B and I-485

Old H-1B is expired, my new H-1B is in time filed and pending.

Now I can submitt I-485 as well as AP.

Assume new H-1B is approved after I-485 filed but before AP, theoretcially I could NOT go to US-Canada border to get new I-94 for new H-1B?

-Why do you think you need to go to Canada-US border to get the new I-94? You can contiue to work and your new h1 will be approved because your "new H-1B is in time filed and pending". and it is irrelevant to your I-485 filing.

Is it right?

What should I do at best?
