下述說法對嗎?
副申請人2月持可多次入境的H4簽證（有效至2012.11)回美，2月中與主申請人一起遞交485，假設3月25日打完指紋，沒拿到AP就於4月1日返回中國。
在主申請人不換工作 (no matter how many employers you change, as long as you're in H-1b status which means your I-485 is not yet approved)、指紋不出問題 (irrelevant)、無意外發生 (life threatening situation?) 的情況下，副申請人是可以持有效的H4簽證於7月中 (any time while visa remains valid) 再返美的。請問這種說法正確嗎?
