回複：請教8老師和皮匠老師: Pending H-1B and Filing I-485

My H-1B extension application is pending. Company lawyer just told me an RFE is required for the new H-1B and they hav not received the RFE yet and therefore do not what is asked for.

I can submit I-485 application now with old I-90 and receipt notice of new H-1B application.

Because of the new H-1B issue (RFE), is it better for me to submit I-485 application after this issue is solved?

Or just submit I-485 application regardless of new H-1B issue?

-Yes. Provide the copy of old H1 approval notice with I-94 and also provide the copy of the H1 extention receipt for the I-485 filing.
