I'm filing the I-131, "Rentry permit" for my parents. Noted on page 4 of the intruction, for Rerenty permit, "You must attach 1. A copy of the front and back of your Form I -551",
is it the Green card?

how long is the processing time now?
-2 to 3 months normally.
