It is just in case, my 485 was denied and I didn't change my status from h1 to h4 after the end of feb. am I out of status even I have ead? I appreciate your qucik response.
-If so, you just need to go to China to get the H4 visa to come back. If you are the primary applicant and you change your status to H4, your I-485 may be denied (if USCIS send you RFE) because you are in unemployment. So, you may ask your employer to extend your H1 status.
If you are not the primary applicant, the possibility for the I-485 denial is very small as long as your spouse keeps the job.
