我是副申請人，也會影響485的審批嗎？


-You need to prove your legal stay during the entire period of time since your last entry. That H1 approval notice and the H1 I-94 is one of such the evidences.


 


 能不能先遞交，過兩個星期以後等律師給我找出來以後再補寄？
