   My i485 has been pending for 9 months, i checked with USCIS that the background investigation is still open, then i check with FBI that my biometric based information check is finished and back to uscis already. I am confused of this. What kind of checks uscis need for the i485 processing. Background check and name check are same? Also what should i need to do now? Thanks a lot.
