But I-824 Instruction Note on page 3 says: USCIS will not process Form I-824 if your petition or application has been denied or has not yet been approved.

If I-824 not processed, how can I be sure what USCIS will do?

My I-485 will only be submitted after Jan 01, 2012 and it deems approval after she is 21.
