我排期當前，４８５　０７年交了　老公在中國，　有Ｂ２，　律師說回來交４８５和ＡＰ後，可以回中國，打指紋時再回來。這樣行嗎？

難處:在中國工作，等到打完指紋再走不好交待。養家糊口不容易啊。愁死了。肯請老師網友們拿個主意。

-Another choice is that you file I-824 for him to apply for the immigration visa (green card visa) in China using consulate processing, not filing I-485 in US. This process normally takes about one year.
