□  A complete copy of your passport with all the pages of any stamps/visas/marks;

□  copies of 最近一次入境 I-94 card with front and back

□  All copies of I-797 USCIS approval notices

□  All copies of I-20s and EAD with front and back;

□  Most Recent 6 months' paystubs;

□  出生公證的複印，有生日和父母名字

□  Marriage Certificate

□  Two 2" x 2" photos (name on back in pencil).

沒有出EMPLOYMEN LETTER，上次問過您了，您回答說那個不是必須的。
