Is 5 weeks enough for my friend to have her fingerprint done for Reentry-permit? she really want it done during her stay (5 weeks) in US.

Looks like she should mail the application right after she arrive in US next week and USCIS schedule her a biometrics appointment by the end of Jan. do you think it's doable?
