Risk to use AP if changed status from B1 to F1 before?

Hi,

Just received the EAD/AP card after filing I-485. I want to visit China and return with AP. My question is I I changed my status from B1 to F1, then to H1 before. Will there be any issue to re-enter US by using AP just because I changed the status before?

Another question is: When I leave US, do I need to turn in I-94 from the H1B approval notice?
