在I-765表中，問題11：Have you ever before applied for empoyment authorization from USCIS?

 

我以前申請過OPT，這算不算empoyment authorization？

-Yes.

如算，我要附上什麽材料？

-The copy of the EAD.

H1B算不算 empoyment authorization

-Yes, it is not for I-765 filing question and not need to say it in the I-765.
