回複：congratulations!

It was not published in April 2004. I submitted the journal to USCIS Vermont center in April 2004. Basicly I voluntarily submitted further evidences including this publication. When I submitted my NIW case in 2002, I only submitted my manuscript of this paper. The journal was published in 2003.
