還有想請問一下, RFE 還要我交這份材料:

2. please submit proof of your continous employment authorizatoin in the US from April 28 2011 to the present. such evidence may include copies of:

Employment authorization document granted;

form 797 approval notice, showing you were granted status in an employment-authorized non-immigrant classification (這是什麽);

copies of form I-94 arrival/departural records showing you were admited into the US in employment authorized nonimmigrant status (是指H1B嗎?) 我這段時間沒有工卡, 有影響嗎? 

我應該怎樣應對? 我到加拿大後把通信地址改到同學家了, 可以說我這段時間回中國, 或在家帶孩子嗎?
