回複：關於回國入境的谘詢

近期本人加入了外國國籍。我的孩子（今年5歲）為了給他將來一個選擇的機會，給他保留了中國國籍，他還持中國護照。

過年打算帶孩子回國。請問在北京出入海關時是否有問題。因為我們持不同護照，我的護照上沒有任何中文標記，單從我們的護照來看根本無法證明我們的親屬關係。我的孩子又不會講漢語。

入，出中國境時是否會有問題。

-If your child was born in the country such as USA and automatically get the foreign citizenship, he may not be qualified for the Chinese citizenship anymore because you 加入了外國國籍. Anyway, you had better contact the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in your resident area for their suggestion.
