回複：急問-LCA denied,該怎麽辦-在線等

DOL真是雞蛋挑骨頭啊，填表的小錯就給拒了。。。。

我看了半天，實在不知道為啥啊

prevailing wage 我是從OES查到的，沒有申請NPWC，   所以下麵3個填寫的是N/A。 請問到底該咋填啊

G7     Agency which issued prevailing wage，
G.7a  Prevailing wage tracking number (if applicable), 
G11b If “OES”, and SWA/NPC did not issue prevailing wage OR “Other” in question 11, specify source §

-Did yoiu get the Prevail wage determination (PWD) at this website:

http://www.flcdatacenter.com/

If no, I suggest you to use this website to find the PWD. If yes,  then anwer the following questions in LCA application form as follows:

1)Agency which issued prevailing wage: N/A
2)Prevailing wage tracking number (if applicable): N/A
3)Prevailing wage source: OFLC ONLINE DATA CENTER
4)Year source published : 2011

So, just get the PWD again and re-apply for the LCA online (must do it online).
