在這之前應該能交上I485申請。看I-131的要求，這種情況是不要申請AP的，

那麽7月回國的話，是不是還要去大使館申請簽證啊？

-Up to you. If you do not want to, just use AP. Anyway, you had better ask your employer to file the H1 extension now.

如果不要，那麽拿什麽回來呢？

-AP or H1 visa (if you can get the H1 extension approved before you leave US).

可能問題很小白，不過我已經把皮老師的教材讀過好幾遍了都沒找到答案……
