回複：prevailing wage比實際工資高很多，會影響PERM的批準嗎？

我的prevailing wage剛剛批下來（九月底提交的），但是比我的實際工資高出許多（可能將近三萬），這對於我PERM的批準有影響嗎，需要現在就達到？

The employer needs to prove the ability to pay at the prevail wage level from the date of PERM filing to the date the I-485 is approved. if your employer can not pay you at this level, you may change the job title and descriptions to get a new job code to matches your salary. Talk to your lawyer and employer about this issue.

另外，等到提交485的時候，是不是一定要達到prevailing wage？

因為我前一個140已經批準，排期也到了，但是因為換工作，所以要重新辦PERM和140，但是現在PW這麽高，讓我壓力很大。
