us citizen sponsor green card

I heared every us citizen who has good income, pay high tax, do not own much loan and have not many kids can sponsor green card for 8 people, the processing time is much shorter than EB2. 

I am working with H-1 who is able to apply EB2 soon, and I have some far away relatives who are us citizen may help me. Please share me some more information, thank you!
