·         Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (petitioner).

·         Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (beneficiary).

·         Completed and signed form I-864, my Federal tax returns and W-2 forms.

·         Copy of my U.S Passport to prove U.S citizenship.

·         Copy of my naturalization certificate to prove U.S citizenship.

·         Copy of our marriage certificate.

·         Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate and passport.

       Our joined Bank Statement; Health Insurance.
