I have gotten B-2 visa, and plan to come to USA and marry a us citizen. My questions are:

1. Are there any problem if I apply to change my status here, since I say I have no girlfrend when I was interviewed for B-2 visa. We plan to get married within one month after I arrive here.

2. If I do able to change my status here, can I go to China and come back while I wait for status change.

-What status do you want to change? You can ask your spouse to sponsor your green card within US, but you had better do it after three months or later in case USCIS think you have the immigration intent before you enter US using B2 visa.

3. Do I have to go to Guanghou for my status change.
