that seems like a mistake

if you look at regular and RIR comparing with last month, in which regular was 4/2001 and RIR was 5/2002, it looks like they made a silly mistake to enter the data. It should be in reversed order. I guess that after rumor that federal will cut people of state labor dept, those losers are panic and stopped their work.

personally, i think they deserved to be fired.
