 All I say is the strategy will not work to relink the I-485 to the PERM I-140 unless the PERM I-140 PD is current. When the I-140 is denied, the I-485 filed based on this I-140 will be denied soon or later (some denial occurs immediately and some may be later).

Send "悄悄話" to ask "拖拉機手". He has the similar experience as yours.
