I see. In the beginning, when I saw the long list of vaccines on the I-693, I was surprised because many of those vaccines are not required for the common population. Many of them are only for children or elderly people. And then when I read the instruction of I-693, on page 6, it says "NOTE: Do not attempt to meet the requiements before you are evaluated by the civl surgeon..." I decided to go to see the immigration doc first. The instruction I mentioned was more like a check list for the nurse, given to me when I visit him, it doesn't look like an official stuff, but makes sense. I am not sure if different states have different requirements though.
